JR PERFORMANCE COACHING

I have over 20 years experience as founder and MD of two award winning1 PR consultancies, the first rated in PR Week's national UK top 50 by fee income in the late '80s.
I've managed many teams, including my own team of 20 highly qualified consultants, with whom I increased year on year revenue consistently in the '90s and into the millennium, working on consumer and business-to-business (B2B) PR accounts.
Our clients included government2 and major corporate companies3 as well as small and medium sized companies.
I followed this by undertaking business coaching training. 100% honesty and confidentiality is guaranteed.

"I always found Diana to be reliable, proactive and good to work with. She provided an excellent, good value service, and seemed to manage to come up with very creative and positive ways of creating coverage without our having to spend the earth. I think the key positive is that she has lots of experience and a very open and pragmatic approach to making progress. I am sure you will find Diana to be an asset to your business and have no hesitation in recommending her. (She is also a jolly nice person, which makes working with her easy and fun!)" Sarah Billson, Director |

"I first agreed to meet Diana through a mutual friend who Diana had helped. I admit I had felt somewhat sceptical as to how Diana might help me and if truth be told I went along primarily to appease my friend. I had previously discussed with Diana on the phone that my chosen area of coaching would be specifically how to be successful in attracting new business. Having spent all my working life in positions of sales and marketing and latterly having successfully run my own company I was doubtful as to how Diana might bring new initiatives to this area. Well I have to say that I found the whole experience stimulating and thought provoking in areas and ways that I hadn't considered. I am now in the process of putting these ideas into play in the workplace ,feeling energised through my meetings with Diana to achieve positive results. For any sceptics out there I would say don't knock it until you've tried it!" Steve Puttock, Sales Director |

"I am so pleased that I took the excellent advice given by Diana. She identified all my problem areas and gave me strategies to improve my PR and marketing skills, which resulted in a higher level of confidence in these areas, which in turn helped me to raise the profile of the theatre The outcome was better audience attendance, bigger ticket sales and an uplift in profit." Juliet Mander, Administrator |

"What Diana doesn't know about getting press coverage isn't worth knowing - she has a nose for a news story and knows how to create one when none exists. She is strong on strategy and creativity, and fun and motivating to work with. She has my highest recommendation." Michael Walker, Promotions Director |

"We asked Diana to deliver a short training course on Conflict Management for our Senior Managers in December 2008. Diana is a very personable trainer and has an engaging style of presentation. She was able to deliver a bespoke course based on our requirements in a well thought out and structured presentation. She has an excellent understanding of the theories which underpin this topic and was able to communicate these theories in a clear and concise way. Amanda Celliers, HR Manager |

"Just wanted to say thank you so much for today's PR training workshop! You absolutely nailed the brief for us - the team have left not only with the knowledge we need to help us leap into gaining media exposure, online and offline, for rdsi, but more importantly with the confidence to do so, and a fire in our bellies to get going."
